I’ve been working on the rankings again this week, so I thought I’d just show you some rough effects of the towers and let it slide!
Tower Effects of being hit by bullets
When the tower is hit by an attack, it vibrates sideways, light effects scatter, the rings around its feet glow, and anyway, I asked the designers to make it react in some way.
Tower destruction effect
The object becomes monochromatic and bursts as particles. The light on the pedestal also disappears, as if it has lost its function.
It looks like an explosion of stars.
I’d like to finish the preliminary work soon and make a mock-up of the effect, but I think it will take a little longer.
