Hi, it’s been a week. This is Otorakobo.

Last weekend was the TGS.
I didn’t attend, but I heard from a friend that the indie game community was really excited.

Why weren’t you at the booth? I was told “Why aren’t you at the booth?

I just made the excuse that there was no new content…at least, if there was a Steam port or something going on…!

So we are now shifting to Digigame Expo.
When we opened our booth last year, a friend of mine pointed out that our display was too low, so this time we are going to make a higher display by ourselves! Hmmm.

I roughly measured the cardboard and dimensions, and it looks like I can show moving pictures from quite a distance if I put the video at a height of 400 or so, so I think I will use this height as a standard for the layout for now.
The highest position is the poster, but higher in the tabletop. Parallel position. Low position. I will prioritize these and think about the placement.

The elements are
(1) CDs that have already been published
(2) Previously published setting materials
3) Irisy Aqua free trial version
4) Flyers
5) Irisy Aqua pop-up
6) PCs for video streaming
7) Switch demo
7 elements.

If we use the high position too much, we may lose the stability of the setup, so we are planning to use it as a hook for customers, but at the same time, we are planning to use it as a flat space for those who come.
I will work hard on the ROM, but I will also experiment a bit with the setup this time!

【IrisyAqua】デジゲー博準備

どうも1週間ぶりです。大虎工房です。

先週末はTGSがありましたね。
僕は不参加でしたが、インディーズゲーム界隈はすごい盛り上がりだったと友人から聞きました。

なぜ出店側に居ないの？って言われちゃいました笑

だって、新規コンテンツ無いし…せめてSteam移植とかが進んでれば…という言い訳だけしてきました！

そんなわけで、我々は目下デジゲー博シフトです。
去年、出店したときはこれまた友人に、ディスプレイが低いと指摘をもらったので、今回は高めのディスプレイを自作していきます！ふんす。

ざっと段ボールと寸法を測った感じ、400ほど高い位置に動画を流せばかなり遠くからでも動いている絵が見せられそうなので、とりあえずこの高さを基準にレイアウトを考えていこうかと思います。
最も高い位置にはポスターがありますが、卓上の中で高い位置。並行の位置。低い位置。これらに優先度をつけて配置を考えていこうと思います。

４）チラシ
５）Irisy Aquaのポップ
６）映像流しようPC
７）Switchのデモ
の7要素。

高い位置はあまり使うと設営の安定性が無くなりそうなので、お客様のフックとして使いつつ、来てくれた方には平で対応するイメージで設営しようと思ってます。
ROMも頑張りますが、設営も今回はちょっと実験してみようかと！
